About My Work

Sustainable Agriculture is the combining of environment, economics and community aspects of our food system. We are continuously challenged to improve at least some elements of our system, without damage to others. Our work in this area is a team effort of colleagues at UK, community partners and clientele. Having the opportunity to help create a sustainable food system -- which will meet our needs long into the future is greatly satisfying, and fun. (I get many opportunities to eat great food!)
